Pbx Announced Transfer

WHERE DO I SELECT THE ACCEPTATION FILE TO BE PLAYED?

IS IT POSSIBLE TO PLAY THE "1" NEEDED FOR ACCEPTING THE CALL IN THE SAME SCRIPT, SO I CAN MAKE A REFERENCE POINT TO MESSURE THE TIME THE TRANSFER CALL LASTS?

You can change what is played dusing transfer by re-recording the TsfrCallFrom.wav and TsfrAskAccept.wav sound files in VG's \system\voice\ subdirectory.

Sounds like you can just use a blind transfer (?)

HELLO,

WHAT ABOUT THE OTHER QUESTION: IS IT POSSIBLE TO PLAY THE "1" NEEDED FOR ACCEPTING THE CALL IN THE SAME SCRIPT, SO I CAN MAKE A REFERENCE POINT TO MESSURE THE TIME THE TRANSFER CALL LASTS?.

IN OTHER WORDS, SINCE VOICEGUIDE CANNOT DETECT IF A TRANSFER CALL IS ASWERED OR NOT, I WONDER IF, IN ORDER TO SET THE START POINT OF THE TRANSFERED CONVERSATION (THIS IS MY GOAL), IT IS POSSIBLE TO MAKE THE PBX ANNOUNCE TRANSFER, WITH NULL ANNOUNCEMENT AUDIO FILES, AND PRESS 1 WITHIN THE SAME SCRIPT?. THIS MEANS THAT IN THIS TYPE OF ANNOUNCE TRANSFER CALL, ALL CALLS ARE GOING TO BE ACCEPTED, AND, SINCE THE SUCCESS PATH IN THE TRANSFER MODULE WILL BE TAKEN AS SOON AS THE CALL IS ACCEPTED (ALWAYS) IT IS A WAY TO OBTAIN THE START POINT OF THE CONVERSATION.

IN CASE THERE IS NO WAY OF PRESSING 1 FROM THE SCRIPT BECAUSE THIS ACTION HAS TO BE MADE BEFORE THE TRANSFER MODULE FINISHES (AND I AM ALMOST SURE THIS IS THE WAY IT WORKS, EVEN THOUGH IT IS NOT WHAT I LIKE IT TO BE), IN SUCH CASE, IS THERE ANY WAY OF CHANGING THIS PARAMETER FROM INSIDE THE MOUDULE, I DON'T KNOW, MAYBE CHANGING OR ERASING IN THE PROGRAM ITSELF THIS REQUIREMENT OF PRESSING NUMBER 1. IF IT IS POSSIBLE TO ACCESS THE PROGRAM THAT DEFINES WHAT A MODULE DOES, I THINK IT IS ACHIVEABLE WHAT I NEED TO DO.

THANK YOU VERY MUCH.

If you want the "Announced Transfer" to be automatically accepted then you should just use the "Blind Transfer" option.

HELLO,

I WANT THE ANNOUNCED TRANSFER TO BE ALWAYS ACCEPTED JUST TO SET THE START POINT OF THE TRANSFER CALL. THE BLIND TRANSFER OPTION TAKES THE SUCCESS PATH AS SOON AS IT IS RINGING. THIS IS NOT WHAT I WANT. I NEED THE SUCCESS PATH TO BE TAKEN WHEN THE TRANSFER CALL BEGINGS AND, SINCE IT HAPPENS IN THE ANNOUNCE TRANSFER WHEN IT IS ACCEPTED, IT IS WHY I WANT TO USE THE ANNOUNCE TRANSFER MODULE. I HOPE THAT MY PROBLEM NOW WOULD BE CLEARER FOR YOU AND YOU CAN UNDERSTAND MY LAST POST QUESTIONS (READ THEM AGAIN, PLEASE). THANK YOU VERY MUCH.

It is not possible to change the way in which the announced transfer module operates.

Oh, and PLEASE STOP USING UPPER CAPS, IT MAKES IT HARDER TO READ WHAT YOU HAVE WRITTEN.
